FateAIverse is operated by Yeongje Solar Co., Ltd. By accessing or using FateAIverse, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.
FateAIverse provides personality insights based on birth chart analysis. This is an entertainment service and should not be relied upon for important life decisions.
You must be at least 13 years old to use this service. By using FateAIverse, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
Prices are displayed in the currency of the available checkout (currently Korean Won, KRW); paid checkout for other regions is being prepared
Payments are processed securely by our payment provider
Digital products are delivered instantly upon payment
Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if you have not yet viewed the results; after viewing, refunds may be limited as the content is digital

All content, design, and methodology on FateAIverse is our intellectual property. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without permission.
FateAIverse is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any decisions made based on our analysis. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service.
When using FateAIverse, you agree not to:
Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or user data
Copy, reproduce, or redistribute our content without permission
Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from our service
Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity
Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
Upload malicious code or attempt to harm our systems
If you have a dispute with FateAIverse, we encourage you to first contact us at support@fateaiverse.com to seek a resolution. If we cannot resolve the dispute informally, any legal action must be filed in the courts of the Republic of Korea, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Korea. For international users, Korean law shall apply to all disputes related to the use of this service.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
