We want you to be completely satisfied with your FateAIverse experience. If you have not yet viewed your analysis result, we will provide a full refund within 7 days of purchase.
Under applicable consumer protection laws (Korea E-Commerce Act §17(2)(3); EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU Art. 16(m); analogous statutes elsewhere), the right of withdrawal may be limited for digital content delivered immediately upon payment, in the following cases:
When delivery of the digital content has begun
Specifically: After viewing the analysis result page, downloading the PDF, or receiving email results
An explicit consent checkbox notifies you of these conditions immediately before payment
However, as a goodwill gesture, refund requests after viewing may still be reviewed case-by-case
Request must be made within 7 days of purchase
Applies to all insight packages and bundles
Before you view your result, you can request a refund without giving a reason
However, the 'Digital Content Right of Withdrawal Notice' above applies once the analysis result has been viewed

Once we receive your refund request, an operator reviews and approves it, and we email you when it is approved. After approval, it may take about 3–5 business days for the refund to reach your payment method, and this can vary by payment method and card issuer.
Funds will be returned to your original payment method
Refund requests made after 7 days may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Repeated refund requests from the same account may be subject to review.
