Anthropic, PBC (AI interpretation — birth date / chart text is sent to Anthropic's Claude API on US servers; prompts are processed transiently and are not used for model training)
Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity (pseudonymous usage analytics based on cookie identifiers, only with cookie consent)
In compliance with Korea's Personal Information Protection Act §28-8 and the Personal Information Protection Commission's Generative AI Guidelines (Aug 2025), we transfer personal data internationally as follows. You have the right to refuse such transfer.

Destination Country: United States
Transferred Data: Birth date, birth time, gender, Four Pillars (Saju) chart text
Method & Timing: At analysis request, via HTTPS-encrypted API call
Purpose: AI-generated Four Pillars (Saju) interpretation text
Retention: Not used for model training; auto-deleted within 30 days (Anthropic policy)
Right to Refuse: If refused, template-based results are provided instead of AI-personalized interpretation
We retain your personal data only as long as necessary to provide our services:
Identifiable service data (account, profile, birth date and time, partner information, questions, chats, fortune and compatibility analysis results, generated reports, email address): retained while needed to provide the service and deleted without delay when you close your account or request deletion. Marketing emails stop when you unsubscribe.
Legal transaction records (order ID, payment ID, product, amount, payment/refund status and timestamps, consent records related to withdrawal of offer): kept separately from your service data after account closure as required by law — contract/withdrawal and payment/supply records for 5 years, and consumer complaint/dispute records (only where an actual complaint or dispute occurred, counted from its closure) for 3 years. These records do not contain service personal data such as your name, email, or birth date, and are destroyed when the period ends.
Analytics provider data (Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity): pseudonymous usage analytics based on cookie identifiers, not anonymous data. It is stored by each provider (Google, Microsoft) according to that provider's retention settings.
